No one has looked at the EVIDENCE in any court.  So, it is easy for them to say there was no fraud.  THERE WAS and 80 million in America know it and so do many other countries.  They will look at and treat Biden as a fraud himself.  Except:       CHINA,    IRAN,       PAKISTAN,      and many others who are not free.

In the case of Georgia, Trump actually does have surveillance video of Democrat vote thieves pulling suitcases full of ballots out from under tables after telling poll watchers and the media to go home. The number of ballots in those suitcases was estimated to be more than Biden's alleged lead over Trump. In Pennsylvania, the state legislature made a law that all votes must be received by 8pm election day, which should have made Trump the winner. In Wisconsin, only mail in ballots that were requested with photo ID are valid (with the exception of indefinitely confined people like hospital patients). There were over 200,000 illegal mail in ballots, which was a much greater number than Biden's alleged lead over Trump in that state. Those three states would be enough to flip the 2020 election to Trump.

Apparently, it's one thing to identify the vote fraud and it's a Herculean task to get anyone to do anything about it. Vote fraud is obviously illegal so why aren't law enforcement agencies looking into it? The Deep State clearly controls the DOJ and FBI so it's no great surprise that they're doing nothing.

About the only course of action left open to Trump is to file lawsuits over the stolen elections. Out of all the lawsuits filed by Trump's legal team, Lin Wood and Sydney Powell, not one has been seriously looked at. Virtually all of the lawsuits have been summarily dismissed by judges, who made blithe remarks suggesting they didn't even look at the evidence, or who claimed that the plaintiff did not have "standing" to file a lawsuit. Several lawsuits have made it up to the Supreme Court, but Chief Justice Roberts has insisted that he will not look at them until after the inauguration (of Joe Biden).

This would be like the police promising to look into your stolen car problem only after the thief sells it to a junkyard and it gets melted down.

Roberts is not acting like a judge; he's acting like an accomplice to the theft! Thankfully, there are five real conservatives on the court so if Roberts' current obstruction of justice can be overcome, perhaps with an emergency declaration, Trump has a good chance of winning his lawsuits and the election in the Supreme Court.

Given this currently deadlocked situation, Donald Trump should declare a state of emergency and delay the inauguration until after the Supreme Court or appropriate law enforcement agencies investigate and rule on the vote fraud.
