McConnell said he won't bring it before the Senate before the inauguration.  It's unconstitutional to do it after.  He is just distracting the crazy democrats and stupid republicans going along with it who should be recalled.

Do we have any confirmation of this, beyond "sources telling Axios", or a "source close to him" (other thread)? I'm sorry, I've heard these phrases all too often in the context of fake news.

It's the Con, it's not so much what he does say, but what he doesn't say that really pisses off the base, like something so simple as stating "I Stand Behind trump".

That's what people are pissed about. When this all plays out and Trump is reseated, the Con better have a damn good explanation or he's gone...
