It is pointless, and a really short-lived movement without specific goals in mind.
We can all lament over the way this election has been going, and speculate on where it'll end up in 4 years.
But, unless we educate ourselves, neighbors & friends, in a couple of years, we'll see everyone get all worked up, complaining and cursing the darkness instead of turning on the bright light of Liberty.

Liberals education of the public does not pause, it's in the schools, tv, radio and internet.   Some sports talk show host out of TN, makes a point to ridicule gun owners and indoctrinate his listeners with anti-second Amendment rhetoric....  Sports talk show - guess he lives in a gated community with security guards and doesn't hunt...?

We all have a pretty clear idea things are going in the wrong direction - Levin gives us hope and a plan to restore our Liberty.

I like Mark, but I will not sit through 3 hours of anything, even sex gets boring after awhile.
Are there any pertinent points you could highlight, maybe a minute or two long?

I think you have hit on a very key point. I remember when I was growing up the folks had a single purpose. To preserve our freedoms. Of course, we were just coming oou of WW II and people understood how close our country came to losing our freedoms. Today, I am afraid too many people cannot comprehend what their lives would be like without their freedoms.

So many aren't actually supporting Trump, rather they are voting against Clinton. Problem is, that's how both party's have moved left, by giving us no other options.
The only way to fix this shit is to stop supporting the party choice.

We put it on as some people call, "background music", usually while I'm building something or Wifey is working in the kitchen.

It has more to do with eating bandwidth and gig allotment.

The tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots.

IMHO It's too late for an Article V Convention of States.  The ship sailed on that chance awhile ago.  Thanks to Trump and the spineless GOPe Congress that we currently have, the DEMS will soon be in full control not only in Congress but in our individual State seats.  Not exactly a good climate to call an Article V Convention.

yup, and why we're in the mess we're in.   Sooner or later, law and order will be restored, "whose law" and by "what order" is the scary part.
We can go the way of a representative government, or a tyrant, IMO, one way or the other, chaos isn't going to become the norm.

May I ask what exactly should be done by a Convention of States? We have a perfectly fine Constitution. It just needs to be followed.

Bingo! Laws are not the problem, it's a congress full of leftists refusing to enforce them.

Mark Levin does a pretty good job of describing how the process works.

2/3 of the states propose an amendment, ratified by 3/4 of the states, it is added to the Constitution.

How about:
a.  balanced budget amendment
b.  term limits for the supreme court & congress.
c.  automatic sunsetting of executive orders upon the departure of the POTUS
d,  Permanent funding of CPF, Solar and Taxed granted $1m annually for their efforts
e.  reinstitution of public executions for the death penalty
f.  all federal departments subject to sunset/closure and the administration of their regulations after 4 years, unless renewed by a 2/3rd majority vote of congress.
g.  no foreign entities or individual can own private or public land or rights to natural resources in the USA
h.  no foreign individual or corporation is exempt for US law, nor given the same protection, rights or benefits of US citizens.
i.  all financial and healthcare benefits END for public servants the day they leave public office, no healthcare, pension, 401k, 403b or any compensation extended past the last day in office, nor is there any benefits other than their base salary while they are in office.
j.  any individual or organization in the government sector (current, past, present or has announced their candidacy for) who receives gifts, grants or payments of any kind is automatically subject to a public audit of their financial records, including their spouse, family members and business associates.
k.  no member of congress, or their staff is exempt from the laws they pass, and by law subject to the maximum penalty (without reduction in cost or imprisonment) should they break one of the laws they enacted.
