Now that the TSA has adopted these new rules.........our "choice" of a full body scan or a very thorough pat-down.......and people are protesting nationwide about the longer lines at airport gate entrance points, to the extent where nationwide protests are planned over the holidays at various airports with the intent of jamming up airport gate entrance points by protesters insisting on much slower manual patdowns (instead of the faster full body scans), one thing is very obvious to me, but I haven't read or heard anybody else bring this up.

If the terrorists goal is to get the most bang for their buck (pun intended), and the TSA is worried about suicide bombers boarding U.S. airliners and blowing our planes up, would it not make more sense for the suicide bombers to just put their bomb vests on, GET IN LINE AT THE GATE ENTRANCE POINTS that will be jammed with hundreds of people who are getting patdowns and body scans, and blow everybody to smithereens IN THE AIRPORT?

DUH!  The TSA has created a PERFECT "killing field" for the suicide bombers.  NOBODY pays attention to you until you get to the TSA security area.  And if you are a suicide bomber, that's a perfect opportunity to earn your "72 virgins".

The TSA went too far with this one. Why did they need to change the rule?

I am constantly amazed at the stupidity of modern American "Security" policy....it shouldn't suprise me considering the persons who are wholly unsuited for such postions in charge, Big SIS being just one of many Govt retards who don't have a clue what they are doing.

So Dedicated terrorists whose just told you about their intent to "bleed America dry with a thousand Cuts" will now have a CHOICE
to go thru a pat down or a scan....the wise terrorist would definitely choose the pat down. Here is why:

First, a 'pat down' is largely for show. I must have "frisked" (Pat down) a few thousand people during my career, I found lots of guns, knives, and other weapons, a few syringes and other things but I KNOW I MISSED A LOT OF THINGS. Definitely drugs but drugs won't kill you, stabbing weapons and "sharps" will. Judging from the number of things we used to find in the seats of transport 'cage' cars and paddy wagon, that were 'missed' on search incident to arrest, I wasn't alone in 'missing' things.

Now here is my point folks, Street criminals and jail house thugs are masters at hiding things from the police, where do you think these terrorists draw from? They don't recruit from the local convent.

The second element is the other side, I have heard these TSA people being referred to as perverts and child molesters etc. Well
that is just plain wrong. Of all the skanked out Junkie whores, 5 dollar crack ho's, puke laden, unwashed, low life drunk white trash bimbos I had occassion to run my hands over I guarantee you I took no erotic gratification, I doubt any of you would either.

Now the average airport patron is not a street low life, but running your hands over people all day who are complaining, cursing over the proceedure, have that travelers funk all over them is no picnic. Then you get to the ethnic types who don't believe in bathing, smell like garlic and stink of the exoctic foods they ingest.

I don;t see how anyone would take any sort of pleasure from that
Worse, such things are distracting, after a time period of doing this at a busy airport the human brain begins to dull itself towards the un pleasant and you start getting sloppy and that is when you miss things.

I speak from experience re missing things as I have stated. I also routinely fly and I still carry weapons with me, a hold over from my bodyguard days when I flew with my clients and got off the plane in
a dicey place or was forbidden firearms. The people at the Airport
don't know what they are and they don't look like "weapons" so much of this is a moot point.

A scanner doesn't get tired, doesn't care you smell like a zoo and
is a 100 times more efficient than a tired 40 Y.O mother of three
who has had enough of  P.O'd people B*tching at her all day.

Terrorists will adapt to anything that you do to thwart them. With soem fo the people in charge of policy we have today...we are giving them a lot of help.
