Title: The Snowflake Test
Post by: Solar on September 22, 2017, 02:45:24 PM
I love this guy!

Here's some of the questions.

What does America mean to you?
What does 'privilege' mean to you?
When was the last time you cried and why?
How do you feel about the police?
How do you feel about guns?

What's sort of answers would disqualify a candidate?

Reyes said that answer would be one "where you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, from a spelling purpose – and someone who is not proud to be an American."

He continued, "I'm looking for people who are not entitled. Who don't have this sense that they should just be handed things but people who have that entrepreneurial mindset. Who are willing to think outside the box and willing to work for everything that they have."

Hell, his grammar test alone would kill 90% of so called college grads. There, their, and they're, most would draw a blank look.
My favorite is simply asking dates in time, like 1776? 1492? 1980? etc...
