Because while they absolutly have the right to censor conservatives, do they have the right to lie about it? And if they were forced to admit the truth by the courts then their market shares would bottom out completely.

Im not a legal beagle so i dont know how far private companies can go with this or where the line is drawn, but faceplant and others must be getting close.

This is just another way the gvt could get involved in a legal way that is still conservative-friendly as it would force facebook to compete in the market HONESTLY.

Most media is licensed through the FCC, so the laws are completely different as opposed to an open web.
The last thing we want is the Govt getting its fingers anywhere near the internet.

In fact i think crowder is using his half-asian lawyer to do something like this. I believe he is sueing youtube over false advertisments or something like that, because they reach out to content providers claiming they will be fair, then just pull the rug out, claiming they violated standards without saying what the standards ever were.
I think this holds water because money and contracts and buisnesses are involved, as opposed toan private individual like  me just posting on faceplant, where no money changes hands.

And this is the way it should be done, through the private sector. We have thousands of laws on the books regarding monopoly laws, and Crowder WILL win, the Marxists thought they could get away with a blanket ban and make people run to govt and demand a "Fair" playing field, what they never expected was the opposite, Conservatives fighting back through the legal system.
