Title: The Liberty Act, A Violation of the 4th Amendment
Post by: Solar on November 25, 2017, 12:35:56 PM
"The Liberty Act passed committee 27-8. It allows the government to search our private data without a warrant - in violation of the 4th Amendment," Amash wrote on Twitter.

"It's another bill, like the Freedom Act, that furthers violations of our rights under the guise of protecting our rights."

Today, the so-called USA LIBERTY Act passed the House Judiciary Committee by a vote of 27-8. The bill allows the government to search our private data without a warrant—in violation of the #4thAmendment. It's another bill, like the USA FREEDOM Act, that furthers violations of our rights under the guise of protecting our rights.
My colleagues Rep. Ted Poe and Representative Zoe Lofgren offered an amendment to the unconstitutional #LibertyAct. Their amendment would have protected our rights under the #4thAmendment, but Republicans and Democrats teamed up to stop them.
The fight now heads to the House floor.

Another bill to trash the constitution for American citizens, yet the courts will not allow the United States to ban entry from terrorist nations. I've got an idea, lets start with all the private data from those who passed it first. Lets see where their bank accounts get their $.

Bush gave us this shit, the Dims fed, watered it into a monster, the gop'E campaigned against them, and what does the gop'E do?
Grew govt bigger than the Dims ever dreamt of.

I guess they see the writing on the wall, so they're doing everything liberal they can before we kick their asses to the curb.
There is no other explanation for this BS.
