The DNC hired Crowdstrike to look into the hack, WTF? So in truth, we only have a private entity doing all the work, no way to verify if this is correct, because, to date, they have yet to allow the govt to verify their work.

What else are we not being allowed to see, the Hillary server connection, Iranians connection, Hell, we can't even be certain the Russians were real, for all we know, they could have been framed by another group.

It doesn't need to be hacked. You are under the assumption this wasn't set up as a clearinghouse for whomever purchased intel from the Clintons. If I were doing a deal with someone like Hillary, the best thing they could do for me was to set up a server outside of the federally secured system to give me easy access.

A Grand Jury indictment is not PROOF of anything, it merely means there is Probable cause (Let me define it to you) IE Facts and Circumstances that would lead a REASONABLE and PRUDENT person to beleive that a crime has been committed. Probable cause for an indictment can be dispelled so easily by a Lawyer it isnt even funny, thats EXACTLY what happened when A few Months back with the First Batch of Russians who were "Indicted" sent in their lawyers to DEMAND discovery.....do you understand what discovery is? Discovery is a legal motion by the defense for the Prosecution to TURN OVER ALL NOTES, REPORTS, RECORDINGS, VIDEO's EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING pertaining to the investigative process. Under the Law the Prosecutoin MUST do this or the case cannot proceed....what happened....Mueller and his fumbling bunch of Idiots (FBI) and first year Law clerks couldn't produce squat.  Mueller was REAL LUCKY the Preiding Judge, who severely admonsihed Mueller et al didn't DWIP the case right then and there (Dismissed for Want in Prosecution) throw it out of court in layman terms.

I don;t want to digress too much but this Indictment might be impressive to you but to me it means squat. I want to see the Grand Jury Transcripts which outlines the probable cause and the INVESTIGATIVE PROCESS by which these Box Head Ruskies were caught. Did the investigators seize a server? How did they connect these people to the "hack"? Did they come about this by an "Informant?"  If so was there coorboration?  How did the invetigative body connect any of this if the DNC was unwilling to produce their server which was allegedly hacked? More importantly WHO CONDUCTED THIS INVESTIGATION?????

Now with that out of the way I shall answer your QUestion about do I think if "they" went to trial would they be found [/i]innocent.....REAL GOOD CHANCE IF YOU GO TO TRIAL YOU CAN BEAT ALL OR SOME OF THE CHARGES DEPENDING Burden of PROOF is ALWAYS on the Govt, and very often the Govt does a slip shod job, they throw a bunch of shit into the grand jury and bedazzle the jurors with loads and loads of BS interspersed with some facts and Loads and loads more of innuendo until the jurors start to think....you know, these guys must have done something so yeah I'll vote to indict them, most of the time they don't have a clue, they got lost HOURS ago.....I know BECAUSE I'VE DONE THE SAME THING.  Its called a "HOPEFA"case, you Hope fa the best that the scumbag who likely has a long record to begin with will plea to the indictment.
