Tell ya what. If you agree in writing to pay all legal fees resulting from YOUR unlawful use of someone else's writing, then MAYBE you can see where Solar is coming from.

Your honor, I didn't actually claim it was mine, I just posted it word for word, but my intentions were honorable.
And the plaintiffs attorney would eat you alive.

Point is, this is a new area of law, and I'm sure you know just how scummy lawyers can be, especially when they never have to see their victim in person.
I guarantee you within a year, this will be the norm on all forums, unless the laws change, were all going to have to change, in order to survive.

And if people aren't willing to help, there is no point in keeping this forum alive.
I will close it if need be, I don't feel like paying out my life savings to a bunch of greedy lawyers.

Did you know there is a law about kids posting on these forums? They aren't even allowed in here, by law.

If you think I'm being paranoid, do a Google search of copyright infringement on the Internet, it isn't just about the written word, it has to do with many things, even pics and avatars that people use.
But those I don't have to worry about, the person that uses them does.
The average payout for using a picture without permission, is 3 grand.

Hey everybody, I made an INNOCENT mistake.  I went through some old archived stuff that I thought might be of interest to some of the people in this forum.  I didn't have a link to post.  I FUCKING APOLOGIZE, OK?

This started out as me inquiring as to why "The Bill Of Non-Rights" was deleted.  Now it's degraded into a "pig-pile on American Flyer" contest. 

Enough already.  I don't need cheesy analogies or lawsuit monetary calculations or veiled threats.  I GET IT!
