starting this Friday.  Cops can't enforce it but he has the health department in on it so that if you go into a store without one, the store gets in trouble.  He's making the store be the enforcer to get around the police.

It's a point of confusion because you didn't reference what you're talking about.  If someone wasn't reading your mind, or wasn't immediately familiar with the Virginia Governor story, they could potentially take your post that you hate folks with faces that are black.

If you posted a link to the story, or a reference to your point, the confusion would have been mitigated.
