Both. Right now, merely bluster, but Cruz has a proven track record of keeping his word.
He said he supports Israel, and you can be certain if Iran gets the bomb, Israels time is limited and Netanyahu knows it as well.
I have no doubt what Cruz says in keeping Iran from acquiring the bomb is the truth.

Ted is definitely fired up, I would surmise that Bone head throwing in the towel has a lot to do with that, Ted was his primary antagonist.....he makes special note of that in his speech....

The other point I have to note is that Ted is the only candidate I've heard so far that has said he will rip up the Iran deal on the first day....the others have been sort of waffling on the issue and that Boob Kasich actually said he might honor it.
