I don't know why we sucker for this shit. Seriously, passing this shit just means we're excited they found new ways to steal our money.

The Senate approved Trump's tax bill 51-48 in a midnight showdown. McCain was absent from the vote.

This is the biggest tax overhaul in 30 years.

Earlier Tuesday, the GOP tax bill passed the House on a 227-203 vote.

There are honest gains for businesses and for some levels of income. Disemboweling BO care is also a plus. But, you're right, this passing hasn't changed the fact that congress will just find other ways to pay for their non-conservative bad habits.

But the primary question isn't what gains come from this passing. The more important question is what was avoided by the bill passing. In fact, if the bill would have failed, it would have been a major blow to this administration that are trying to make some progress in cleaning up the BO mess and progressing toward real economic and some conservative progress. People need to see some wins to keep the faith, and this was something in the right direction. So let's take this as a win and hope it helps to gain in terms of more real movement. This win has put the obstructionism of the Dims front and center. I hope the Pubs are smart enough to beat them to death with their ignorance.

I've never seen it that way. Everyone knows the Establishment is to blame for their failure to give Trump a single Bill to sign in his entire first year, with the tax Bill as the single exception.
That's not Trump's fault, that blame lies squarely on McCON-nels lousy Marxist ass.

The establishment doesn't have anything to run on, this is all POTUS Trump agenda.

Remember, Solar, you're suppose to be really excited about it!   Oh wait, you live in California, meh ... not so much then.

We should not forget the opening of Anwar for exploration is also in the bill. This opens up many job and groeth opportunities, not to mention how it sticks it to SA.
