Only had Chick-fil-A once in my life.  Decent, but nothing to write home about.  Then again, what fast food is?

I have to say that I had it as well and I wasn't that impressed. I won't say it was bad, more like...just OK. At least they get their politics right.

Theere used to be a KFC around the corner from me, a short drive. Then they put a Popeye's about the same distance. Within six months the KFC had closed. I saw the same thing happen when KFC attempted to compete with Popeye's near where I worked, before I retired, in Manhattan. A breaded and fried laxative is being too kind. You forgot: "served by a surly staff, in a filthy atmosphere".

Popeye's is so much better than KFC. Also, the sides are very good. It was originated in New Orleans.

As someone who eats out every day (for work) Chic-Fil-A is good. I have always got twelve piece nuggets, waffle fries, and a side of cole slaw. The stopped serving cole slaw. But, it's still good food.

My only complaint with Chic-Fil-A is that it seems that they started the trend of asking for your name for your order instead assigning you a number. I hate that. I don't want know you and I don't want you to know me. In fact, if you address me by my name, I expect "friend" stuff like discounts and extras.
With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.

Frauditors are a waste of life.

Chic-Fil-A is awesome.

They are good people - and I DID frequent them back when there was a boycott.

BUT - I really cannot afford it.

$ menu at McDonalds is on the budget

Almost forgot. My favorite is Nick Cognito, but tell them just the initial N and Cognito will do.
"Order for Ncognito?"

Or Mr. Feral Lib, but ask that they just use your first initial and last name. "Mr. F-libs, your order is ready"....

I love Popeye's. You're right about the surly staff and they always seemed to be out of stuff.
