Title: Trump Tweets: “Watch Hannity Tonight”
Post by: Solar on January 03, 2018, 10:40:56 AM
Disclosure: I haven't seen or listened to Hannity in years, but I think I might just make an exception.

Last week Sean Hannity warned his millions of Twitter followers that he was one week away from exposing CNN.

This time President Trump and Sean Hannity took to Twitter to taunt CNN and Hillary Clinton.

President Trump tweeted, "Watch Sean Hannity tonight at 9:00 PM"

Watch @seanhannity tonight at 9:00 P.M.

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 3, 2018

Shortly after Trump's tweet, Hannity responded, "Huge Investigative report, and what the corrupt media will NOT tell you about the Presidents accomplishments. Tick Tock @HillaryClinton and others."

I hope it's more than "here's a list of good things he's done".

I hope it's "accomplishments" in the vein of arrests and indictments and special investigators and grand juries.

Don't need Trump and Hannity exaggerating some minimal crap.  Needs to be the real thing / big thing.

Same here, otherwise, it just looks like Trump was plugging his show without any actual content.
If I tune in and there's nothing 'gripping', it'll be another decade before I tune in again.

I am a little skeptical about Hannity. He has become more like Beck.

Hannity is like a lizard, he sheds his skin whenever necessary. Just short of a decade ago, he was a huge RINO supporter.

I think he still has a love affair with Rubio.

He seems to be S-L-O-W to report, like 2-3 days behind everyone else on events.   "Breaking News" = my email in-box is so filled up, it's gonna crash the server, if I don't talk about this 2 day old issue.  He's listened to everyone else, and *finally* has his own opinion to share, a mish-mash of everyone else's talking points, with a debate in the 3rd hour of the slow.

That sounds about right, anyway, that how I remember it too.
Which makes me question if Trump is just throwing him a bone for being a good lapdog.
I'd watch, but I haven't a clue what channel he even comes on.

Hannity does have a cat-bird seat with Trump, having been just about the only big name media guy to have gone all in with his campaign.

Beck was a total douche, basically a never-Trumper.  Limbaugh was really lukewarm, almost straddling the fence.  Everybody else hated Trump.

So Trump is paying him back, like he did with Sessions, Conway, Bannon, Priebus.  Unfortunately 3 of those 4 ended up being asswipes, with Kelly Anne being the only trustworthy one.

I don't even like Hannity that much, I find him totally repetetive and canned, with the occasional big story.  But it looks like he's really good for Trump, and vice-versa.  So that's a good thing.

Did anyone catch the "Big Story" on Hannity? I missed it and I didn't see a thing in the news about it.
Guess it wasn't that big of a deal in the first place.

Is anyone really surprised. All that was missing is having Geraldo to open a secret vault with the info.

I watched about 10-15 minutes.  Hanging on the edge of the chair in anticipation.  I finally walked away in disgust and disappointment.  I can sum it all up in one sentence.  The Media has been very unfair to Trump.

And like Jerry Rivers, no one will ever fall for this shit again.

Thank you, SueAnn.
I had no idea what channel he is on, that, and I forgot to watch anyway, not that Hannity is all that memorable in the first place.

My apologies to all, I should have known better. As Super pointed out it being on par with a Jerry Rivers stunt, Hannity is more like a failed magicians dove act, where the audience cringes at the sight of 12 dead birds on the stage floor failing to take flight.

Solar, Hannity is on Cable Fox.  I have Xfinity, so he is channel 618 here.

Ahhh, Fox. Yeah, I have it, but I don't watch it, I don't watch any TV news whatsoever, I don't want their opinion, I prefer raw data, so I can come to my own conclusions.
It's kinda funny, remember when we were growing up and everyone turned on David and Chet, the entire country got the same unifying message, "America Is Great, American Culture is #1".
Today the message is the complete opposite coming from the very same sources. Nah, I have no use for TV, period.

Hannity lost it for me when he blinked over the Seth Rich revelation.
