They can write all the bull shitr laws they want, but unless there's a better alternative, people will tell them to take a flying leap.
I heard about this last week on local news, even the leftist anchors laughed at the idiocy behind it.

I honestly thought it was 'the Onion' at it again.

Attempting to create Utopia, the state is left as a wasteland.  Get out while your property is worth something to some other idiot.
