Thr SCOTUS also refused to hear a AZ case of letting and granting illegal aliens drivers license. They are ok with it? Illegals in a country getting a drivers license?????  Don't even have to read or understand ENGLISH and they will be on our roadways. It is almost over put a fork in it! :

Have you ever been to another country? Nearly every country in the world insists you get a 'special" license if you want to drive in their country.
There is nothing wrong with issuing a license, or would you rather the drive illegally without insurance, nearly guaranteeing they flee the scene of an accident?

Drop the emotional pleas kid, this is about the law, and none of the Conservative Justices on SCOTUS saw anything wrong with the lower courts ruling.
Are you saying we're no longer a Republic, that majority opinion should be the rule of the day, as in a freakin Democracy?

Tell me why a State shouldn't test people that want to drive in this country. Keep in mind, until Trump changes the law via an EO, or Congress writes a law re: DACA, the law says they are allowed to drive in this country on a special license.

I get your anger, but when States are allowed to interpret the Constitution on their own, that's the day the Constitution is no longer valid.

No Emotion involved at all. Speaking of the consisution where does it say illegal aliens have any rights in this country??? CA is doing a great job of interpreting the Constitution any way that works for them. A lot of TALK about it but the Federal dollars keep pouring in and nothing being done. Sadly, the Fed controls immigration and all laws concerning security, though we know the left did their best to circumvent these laws, we're no better than they are if we throw out the Constitution.
SCOTUS ruled long ago that the States can't usurp Federal law. Look it up, it's the one single thing the Fed was charged with in the very beginning, and the only way to change it is States Convention.
So yes, you're running on emotion when you say you want to ignore Constitutional law.
