Nothing really left to say. I didn't have any hope from the SCOTUS anyway.

The Supreme Court has rejected the Trump campaign's election lawsuit against the State of Pennsylvania, claiming that the lawsuit after the election is "moot."

In comparison, the Supreme Court also rejected the Texas lawsuit months prior as having "no standing" prior to the election votes being counted by Congress.

Only three justices dissented in the Supreme Court decision: Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch, and of those three only Gorsuch was appointed by Trump.

Of course, that means Kavanaugh and Barrett rejected the suit, both of whom were Trump picks met with skepticism by conservatives. Or at least, me.

The Fucking Federalist pieces of crap Kavanaugh and Amy Barrett have turned out to be very bad choices. Justice Thomas was one of the three Patriots who stood up for the country, and had this to say:

Anyone who thinks that any unconstitutional legislation brought by the Dems, regarding elections or gun control or immigration will be struck down by the SCOTUS is the biggest delusional piece of crap to have been born. Keep your guns close to you, as well as your family members.

It's too late to save America. Now, we have to save our states. Secession is the only way forward.
I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue!

Essential right now is for conservatives in states that house 'majorities' to become pro-active! RINOs in their legislatures  need to get a real sense that consequences will be real and personal. This will only be accomplished by active measures!

I don't see that working.  Unless your will to deport all Dem's after Secession.  Their like a cancer or plague over time.

The state legislatures are lethargic, most of them anyway. Sat on their asses all this time. But at the same time, they are our best bet. So, we have to keep lobbying them. Get up, make a stand, nullify his unconstitutional orders, explore secession as a solution and stop the Dems from making America Suck Again!

Absolutely, I am willing to. We will kick them all out. We will start again and not repeat the monumental mistakes that the GOP did all these years. No Marxist indoctrination in our schools, no degenerate leftist ideologies shall be allowed, minimum immigration, abortion will be restricted and guns will be firmly established as an inalienable right in even stronger words than now.

Yes, they are our only conduit to policy change at the moment. But what is critical NOW, is that we as voters don't remain 'lethargic' but become active - protests, FAX, phone call visits to our congressman's offices. RINOs  holding office are essentially self-serving, greedy cowardly sorts that will bend with pressure, once they sense it is really and lasting.        It's all on us now, Swamp!

I myself am in a deeply Red State. Both my Congressman and my Senator have promised to oppose the gun control, reparations, immigration amnesty and voter fraud bills. My state Representatives and Senators are good too. I and my friends called our Sheriff about HR. 127 and he promised that he won't carry it out even if it gets passed. Despite everything, I can count myself lucky to live where I live. Though, I know it won't be like this for long. About a million illegal immigrants are expected to enter the country in 2021, according to statistics.

It feels like we are attempting to swim upstream. While some here had no faith in SCOTUS, I did (Roberts aside). The quote from Thomas is one that I will carry with me as it gives me hope that all is not lost....yet.

All is definitely not lost, yet!  As long as Americans maintain possession of their guns, and are willing to fight like hell to retain them, the Republic will always have a pulse.

I really am surprised that the SC did not hear these cases. It's such a big issue and election integrity hangs in the balance. The legitimacy of the current President is at stake. I cannot think of a bigger issue to present to the SC and yet Roberts found a reason to keep it out of his courtroom like I knew he would.

Can Roberts be recalled?

Roberts can be removed from SCOTUS. However, the threshold is high; the very same process by which POTUS can be removed from the Oval Office.
House impeaches -simple majority, Senate convicts - three fourths majority.

Thomas was talking about retirement, I sure hope he doesn't.  The SC is a disgrace.  I hope Roberts takes that smile of his all the way into Hell with him.

You are not understanding, the problem isn't just with Roberts. No one had any hope from him or the leftist judges in any case. What about those so-called "conservative" judges? Trump put himself on the line and fought for Kavanaugh and Barrett till the end, and what do we get in return? I was skeptical of those two always, and it seems I was right. This SC is a disgrace. God Bless Justice Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch especially, he was the only good pick of Trump.
