You need to take a good long hard look at Amtrak, the wages Amtrak employees are paid, their profit margin, and how much they cost the tax payers every year.

The UNION at Amtrak is nothing more than a funding machine for the Democratic Party at taxpayer expense. The Democratic Party pads wages of Amtrak employees with taxpayer money and then get a cut from UNION dues.

That is the truth.
Why bother? Pass Right to Work and watch them fall one by one.

Why go after them one at a time when you can hit all of them at once.

The action has left Wisconsin's public unions reeling from membership declines of up to 70 percent.
If they are virtually unheard of and non existent then why do you feel they have a place?
I think it's a little unfair to blame the workers and their union for their being paid tax money.

When it was the Congress who decided to bail the company out so it wouldn't go belly up. Blaming the workers and their Union for that, is like blaming the Umbrella because it rained!

You want to blame someone for the costs to taxpayers by this company, look no further than the management which drove the company into the ground in the first place, and your own representatives in Congress who felt it would be a good idea for Uncle sam to bail them out of the hole they'd dug themselves into.

It's also unfair to blame the workers for what the Union is doing, and the shell game they're playing with our tax money, when in many states in order to have the job, the citizen had no choice.

And in many states you also have no choice, you have those Union dues taken out of your check whether you like it or not, whether you want to be in the Union or not.

Not the poor average Joe q. Public American who happens to be employed by them. This is in part why I'm against the government bailing out any private company.

It's always the workers and their unions which get the blame for the bail out.

Not the fat cat, lying through their teeth politicians who gave the company the tax payer funded hand out in the first place.

ALL not just some, ALL corporate welfare should end immediately.

To date, there is only one candidate I've heard who knew the first thing about that. And no it isn't Mr. Trump  who has himself been the recipient of corporate welfare in the past either.

I do agree though, ALL states should be right to work. The decision whether you will join and support a union should be made by you, the individual employee.

Not some union fat cat smoking a stogey from Cuba your tax money paid for.
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

Did you even read what I wrote?

You either did not understand the content or you are trying to dismiss it.

My point was that Amtrak's UNION is nothing more than a money laundering scam for the Democratic Party. It is a way for the Democratic Party to convert taxes to political funding.

What you stated had NOTHING to do with what I wrote.
