Generation Of Deluded Narcicists

Wow, he really nails it, well worth the read, but here's an excerpt.

As if to keep up with the unreality of media and technology, in a dizzying paroxysm of self-aggrandizing hype, town sports leagues across the country hand out ribbons and trophies to losing teams, schools inflate grades, energy drinks in giant, colorful cans take over the soft drink market, and psychiatrists hand out Adderall like candy.

All the while, these adolescents, teens and young adults are watching a Congress that can't control its manic, euphoric, narcissistic spending, a president that can't see his way through to applauding genuine and extraordinary achievements in business, a society that blames mass killings on guns, not the psychotic people who wield them, and—here no surprise—a stock market that keeps rising and falling like a roller coaster as bubbles inflate and then, inevitably, burst.

That's really the unavoidable end, by the way. False pride can never be sustained. The bubble of narcissism is always at risk of bursting.  That's why young people are higher on drugs than ever, drunker than ever, smoking more, tattooed more, pierced more and having more and more and more sex, earlier and earlier and earlier, raising babies before they can do it well, because it makes them feel special, for a while.  They're doing anything to distract themselves from the fact that they feel empty inside and unworthy.

Q PATRIOT!!!

Yawn

It's this spirit of narcissism that fuels the modern "libertarian" that pretends it can show "us" the way to victory while they get less than 2% of the vote. They take that faux libertarian view, not because they really are about "small government," since they never really complain about Obama's massive theft of the taxpayer to fund all of his unconstitutional spending, but the debate with these people ALWAYS gravitate towards their "right" to go thru life stoned.  A disgusting bunch. Every bit as disgusting as the Demonrats.

I like this paragraph and how he exposes Husein and his narcissistic ways.

Think this might be the reason Congress seems to believe that their are always more "millionaire and billionaires" out there to tax? If half the people you're around constantly fall into that classification, it my warp your view of reality.
"LIBERALS: their willful ignorance is rivaled only by their catastrophic stupidity"!

lol, "definitions" these days run on a series of lies.

Many thresholds for business taxation are based on gross income, not what people are really making.

It wouldn't surprise me if they resort to defining "millionaires" as anybody who grossed a million dollars over 10 or 20 years.

They do and say anything these days, and just get their minions in places like the MSM, or OWS, or ACLU to lampoon or threaten you, if you disagree with any of it.  We're already at something resembling Chavez......it remains to be seen if they can get to Castro levels of despotism in the next 4 years.

That's what happens when you elect an idealogue who's never actually served in any credible way.  You take the chance on ending up with a revolutionary idiot.
