Not being a lawyer, I agree with you based on my limited knowledge of the law. HOWEVER, the judge will be John Roberts and who knows what he might do.

I think she is trying to give Fuglosi cover, as if dropping the impeachment would be for the electorate.    Everyone with 2 working brain cells knows Trump is unbeatable.
I'd love to see Trump Jr run, he'd have my vote in a heart beat because I know DJT would be there to guide him every step of the way.
