We are all to blame for the deficit, but how do we pay it down?

But the wealthy are the people with the resources to build the wealth-producing technologies of the future. Take away their money and they'll lose both the means and the reason to create that wealth. It's only that wealth creation, along with a reduction in government expenditures, that can reduce the national debt.
