Govt created the problem, so govt was responsible to fix it. This is the point being made here, a smaller govt wouldn't have been able to interfere in the first place.

Even with the clarification the question is unclear to me. I think sick of silence said it best.

Obozo did it and look at the mess Trump had to clean up.

I think Democrats and Liberals should help out Republicans and Conservatives in a time of need. It's usually the Liberals who cause the problem to begin with, so why should Conservatives suffer?

He offered it, but the farmers are in a pickle because of past administrations hurting our trade policy.  The farmers approve of what the President is doing.

The Constitution already defines what they should and not do for you.
