As a businessman, Trump is always looking for the best talent available, and sometimes when they've done their main task that they were hired for, they move along.  He's not afraid of turnover and finding new talent.

It's called "a businessman who gets results and wins".  Career politicians can't even understand the concept.  They would rather be surrounded by the same 10 people for 8 years, who really suck at their jobs.  But are loyal ass kissers and dirty cheaters for the cause.

After watching Trump I have come to the conclusion he does not give a particular damn where anyone comes from as long as that person 'does the duty'.

Sure, those from the Heartland are more likely to be conservative and deep-thinkers, but even southerners have some few who just do not perform up to expectations. When an appointee of Trump's fails to meet his expectations.. he/she gets FIRED.

He has the mentality of a businessman who does not care where you came from only that you perform.  Very different from political thinking where you try to appease people at the cost of performance. So he is going to give fuel to the media who will talk about turnover and disarray but when the elections come the voter is more interested in how have you performed and how has the country faired.  At the pace he has accomplished things in two years it is going to be great in another 2 years.    In any case the media is going to bash him no matter what he does or says, and I think he fully understands that now and is just going to do what he thinks is good for the country and our economy.  I think even the radical left will lose its steam as more and more success stories are created and the stink of their BS will get even impossible for them to be around.

For sure the media will attack Trump- that's what they see as their 'DUTY'.

The radical media own the democrat party; they see the democrat party as their ugly, impaired step child and will do anything- anything- to promote and protect that ugly child. Attacking Trump is first on their 'Things to Do' list..

It's mind boggling, but very amusing, to think how bad the MSM will get in another 2 years.  They went from pisspoor 2 years ago to unfathomable today.

2 more years plus the next pres election ......... CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS ...... will be literally screaming on air "Fuck You Trump We Hate You DIE  DIE  DIE !"

They're not much better than that today, but that's what they'll be in 2020.

You can also put FOX News in there also.

That was what we expected when the 'kid' took over his daddy's business, right?

The entire began when Sessions did not level with Trump about recusing himself and blind sided Trump. Being the deal maker Trump is this deception soured Trump. However, Trump had to consider the mid terms and wisely waited until they were over before he fired Sessions. In my view, it was the proper decision.

I have now changed my mind about Sessions and I agree with your last sentence.

Sessions is a politician that was protecting other politicians. That explains why nothing really got done against other politicians while he was in there. I now think Sessions is part of the establishment political swamp that Trump is supposed to clean up.

Whitaker now looks like a good choice although they have been saying he is temporary. If it is not Whitaker, the replacement must be a non-politician.

Do you think they can find a non-politician in the W/DC area?

I hope so.  Whitaker looks good.

Acting doesn't necessarily mean temporary. If he proves his mettle, he could become permanent.

What I find interesting about theft's response to Whitaker. They really have their panties in a wad. The guy is "acting AG" not the permanent replacement. I know they are petrified of him opening up all the corruption at the FBI and DOJ. However, knowing Trump, the next person will not get the call from Trump unless they are willing to expose everything as well..
