Conservatives won! Tea won! The IRS admitted they targeted Conservatives and are paying!

But what did they win?

From the reference: "The Justice Department's settlement would pay the claims of each of the over 400 groups in the case. The attorneys for the groups said it was "a great day for the First Amendment," but noted that day "was too long in coming."

So the government is going to pay the claims of the Conservative groups. I can hear them saying, "Yes, we're guilty, We did wrong. Here's the payout .", as they write a government check yielding our tax dollars. So the taxpayer foots the bill again where there are other much better "investments" we would choose to make. Doesn't sound like any of the conspirators are going to jail. I guess the consolation prize is that the left had to admit their prejudice. Why do I not feel like I won anything?

We really need to setup stockades on the White House steps and use them frequently - lots of opportunity. We may need ten thousand stockades ... jobs, jobs, jobs! People could be put in them for days / weeks / months - depending on the level of wrong they did in public service; crime fits the punishment. Let them weather there in ridicule. How those IRS leaders look after 60 days in the stocks? Would be an image few would forget and their careers would be over as it should be. They couldn't just hide behind an agreement then shuffle up under a different organization. They should be made to face their shame to deter similar behavior in the future.

A win is a win. They admitted it Koskinen is out and this one of the reasons Trump one.

In a perfect world both Koskinen and Lerner would be in jail.

Since Sessions has recused himself from the Russian involvement the IRS is a good project. It is a target rich environment.
