So this smart little girl get shot down in a city where some of the strictest gun laws are in place and then they decide that they will have a police officer stationed in the park 24/7/365.  In a Park where kids of all ages including those that still wear diapers play.  In a Park it is OK to have a Police Officer.  But in a school it is outrageous even to suggest that it might help.

In a school where you have a good chance of realizing that the person does not belong there it is a bad idea. In a park where it is impossible to tell if the person has bad intent or is just visiting the park it is fine.

I really have no idea how these hysterical gun grabbers do not look at something like this article and realize that they are being an AH.  When your position just makes no sense you have to rethink things but nope I still hear the hunting argument about AR-15s.  But lots of people do use them for hunting and if I have to take a bullet give me a .223 and not a 300 win mag please.
