He even motioned to have the citizens weapon removed from him even though he was legally allowed to carry it there , they guy was even ex military.

No kidding , i was shocked how any one could be so afraid to just up and leave . The mayor handled the situation well IMOP !

Very interesting Minutia reflection of our society as a whole. You have the weenie councilman whose first reaction to a person who is NO THREAT AT ALL...just the opposite...disarm him, bar him from the meeting???  He has one supporter and he gets mad when he loses and stalks off.

The Mayor on the other hand saw the situation for what it was...we are safer because you are here....

Guess which one I'd vote for....
