Yeah, the entire premise of the First Amendment was built around the concept of a totally Free Press.

Our individual opinions (from us nobody forum posters) to specific political pundit pieces (which a few member here perform up to Hannity, Shapiro, Wilkow, or Gutfield) to actual news broadcasts are protected by the First Amendment.

I find this bill Un-Constitutional. Case Closed. (pounds gavel)
