Flynn has an excellent case for dismissal of all charges due to gross violation of civil rights by FBI if this memo is half way what I think it is.  Even if he plead, he could successfully argue he did so under duress. I'm thinking Flynn will be pardoned or sentence commuted by Trump the moment steps out of court, citing those very circumstances or based on the content of the Memo.

exactly! The last thing the Dims want is more focus on them. Charging Flynn would bring focus to their corruption, especially with the possibility of the MEMO being released tody.

Could it be Mueller knows that memo is correct which could lead to his firing; therefore, the charges on Flynn will go right out the window. We're living in interesting times. Stay tune.
