Witnesses are coming out and calling it all lies, one, in particular, said she worked at the same restaurant, never met the girl, and also stated they had a policy of hiring 16 year olds and above, the girl claimed she was 14. She also said Moore never came in or she would have noticed him and never have forgotten it.
Moore dated young girls, but never had sex with them, he also married one of them and is still happily married, so it's safe to say he wasn't looking for a piece.

This whole issue is coming apart and Allred has now sunken to the level of McCON-nel.

What a time for the Liberals...   "Moore should never be seated!!  He's a pevert!!  A disgrace to the Senate!"
All around them... ooopsie!  kinda spoke to fast, the whole "hollier-than-thou" collapsing into dust.
Franken, Rangle, and a whole slush-hush fund - women coming forth to blame the real culprits, like a flood.

Looks like Trump backs Moore over McCON-el's Dim choice.

Although President Donald Trump did not endorse Alabama Republican senaorial candidate Roy Moore or say whether he believes the sexual assault allegations against Moore from 38 years ago are true, the president did say that Moore "totally denies" the claims and observers should "look at" his word too.

President Trump further said that the U.S. Senate does not "need a liberal person in there," such as Democrat Doug Jones.

Speaking with reporters outside the White House on Tuesday, Trump said, "I can tell you one thing for sure: We don't need a liberal person in there, a Democrat, [Doug] Jones. I've looked at his record. It's terrible on crime. It's terrible on the border. It's terrible on the military."

"I can tell you for a fact we do not need somebody that's going to be bad on crime, bad on borders, bad for the military, bad for the Second Amendment," said the president

I think I am correct on this. If not, someone please correct me. If Moore is elected and then expelled by McConnell and the leftist senate it plays into AL republican's hands. The seat would then again be vacant and the governor could appoint a replacement. This would give the state of AL a new start on replacing Sessions.

I believe it was an empty threat.

McCON-nel's an asshole leftist, but he isn't stupid. Blocking the nomination of a legally selected Representative by the people of Alabama would bring a litany of lawsuits ending up in SCOTUS and exposing the Con for the liberal he is to the entire world.

How can you expel a duly elected Senator on hearsay?  And not expel 2 Senators with solid evidence of their crime, pictures and hush money?

Only in Washington, DC which is on a different planet.

Exactly!
For the Con to think he holds enough clout to Impeach a duly elected Representative of the State and people of Alabama, is either delusional or totally corrupt, which opens another can of worms.
Let's pretend for a second the Con followed through on his threat? To do so, would require bribes and threats, as evidenced by the fact that he can't even generate a working Bill, let alone push Commiecare through.

So my point is, his manipulation of a majority vote to remove a Senator via Article I of the Constitution, this would more than split the party, it could even lead to a constitutional crisis and if gone unchecked, destroy the Republic and the people's faith in a working govt.

Which would leave but one option, POTUS would have the final say, and more than likely stand on the side of the people of Alabama and with the power of Article II, simply put an end to the cons nonsense and pardon Moore.

Truth is, the Con overstepped his bounds when he made that threat, and if I were Moore, I'd have called his ass out to follow through, because believe me, the country hates the con far more than they do Moore, a man that stood up against leftist govt when they forced the removal of the Ten Commandments.

My personal belief? The Con placed a bet he can't back, and is about to discover he has far fewer allies than he thinks he has.
This is that thing I've been talking about with the split between Conservatives and leftists.
The leftists have all the power seats as well as the RNC purse, so they hold power over anyone running for reelection.
Thing is, they don't have a majority of leftists in office, these scum are about to see just how little power they wield after 2018 when a huge amount of RINO vacate their seats.
Once Conservatives have 51%, they'll be the ones in power and those that rode the fence and voted with the Con will happily abandon the left and vote majority Conservative, because so much easier to keep campaign promises and not look like a hypocrite.

I think the Con is so desperate, he made this hollow threat purely out of fear, because he knows the internal numbers show that he's about to lose power.

McConnell does seem a little slow reacting to public sentiment.  Virginia goes full Democrat, and like a flash of brilliance, "Let's pass a TAX plan, and, and, and... let's eliminate the Obamacare Mandate in it too!!!   See, we can be Republicans again!   hello?  Is anyone listening?"

The old fart must have realized there is something alive beyond the beltway.  I'm with you on Moore, expecting him to win - McConnell is simply on the wrong side of that campaign, acting completely illogical.

Add to that, the latest poll not only has Moore ahead but makes an interesting prediction based in reality.
This has been my point all along, that Alabama is a solid Red State and Jones is a Commie.
I tried to post the entire piece but it formatted terribly.

SUMMARY Republican Roy Moore holds a 43-40 lead over Democrat Doug Jones

CONCLUSION The worst of the storm is over and Moore holds a lead that at worst case scenario is three points. He retains a strong following and even many of those concerned about the scandal are voting for him anyway. Jones leftist agenda, including his strong and passionate advocacy for late-term abortions, has defined him as a radical extremist out of touch with Alabama voters. Once Thanksgiving and the Iron Bowl are out of the way,  Alabamians will begin focusing on this race with scandal allegations fading in the rear-view mirror. If Jones isn't leading now, there's no way he's going to come back once the race returns to issues. Alabama is just too conservative a state to elect a radical pro-abortion extremist, even over a controversial candidate hated by the national party.
