Could the be Mueller's Achilles Heal?

‘Rosenstein and Mueller Colluded to Break the Law’ Attorney Gregg Jarrett Calls on “Unethical Mueller” to Resign After Rosenstein Memo Surfaces

snip~
In the heavily redacted memo, Robert Mueller admits Rosenstein’s order appointing him to Special Counsel was intentionally vague.
“This violates the special counsel law that requires a specific statement of facts to be investigated,” says Attorney Gregg Jarrett.

Legal analyst for Fox News, Gregg Jarrett unleashed on Mueller and Rosenstein on Tuesday, calling for both to resign after they ‘colluded to break the law.’

Yep, and even though this information could actually be the lit fuse for the "Constitutional Crisis" the progressive left is bellowing about, it will be met- I predict- with "uh, huh", "yeah, so?", and yawns by congresscritters of all elitist stripes.

Personally, Shakespeare comes to mind: "...sound and fury signifying nothing.."  Not that that is how it should be received, but how I think it will be received, knowing our political leadership in DC.

From a gaggle of over 500+ elected representatives who have all taken an OATH to 'protect, serve the nation and the Constitution etc., etc.., what do we really have working for us--- six? Seven?

Read this elsewhere - 10 reasons why the whole damned mess is unconstitutional and should / can be shut down in the next 5 minutes -

1.Rosenstein’s special counsel order identifies collusion as the crime but no such crime exists in US Law.
2. Mueller’s investigation exceeds the scope of special counsel law which requires the scope of a special counsel to be specific. Rosenstein created the special counsel with a scope that is so broad it is not supported by this law.
3. Mueller accepted the special counsel position with known conflicts of interest.
4. Rosenstein and Mueller’s entire team have known conflicts of interest.
5. The Investigation exceeds the scope of Jeff Sessions’ recusal of only 2016 campaign related matters.  Mueller’s scope is much broader.
6. Rosenstein’s original authorization to Mueller extended to “Russia government collusion” in 2016 campaign only. By pressing charges against Manafort for 2006 actions, Mueller’s scope is much broader.
7. Rosenstein does not have authorization over tax crimes. Only the Assistant Attorney General in charge of Tax Division can authorize indictments of tax crimes.
8. Rosenstein’s letter tells Mueller only to look to Rosenstein for clarification of Mueller’s authorization. Rosenstein is not the Attorney General of the United States, and could not monopolize supervision of Mueller for matters that did not relate to Sessions’ recusal.
9. By Rosenstein issuing his expanded authorization to Mueller in secret, Rosenstein created a secret inquisitor, unelected and un-appointed by elected officials, with all the powers of the federal criminal law enforcement, but none of the democratic checks and balances.
10. The special counsel law requires that the Attorney General create the special counsel when a criminal investigation is warranted. There was no reason for Rosenstein to create the special counsel that could not have been addressed with other means, if necessary.

Much worse is nobody will do anything about any of this.

And what the hell would be step 1 ?  Who does it ?  Sessions jumps in and does something about all this shit ?

Zilch will come of it, as neither have any respect for rules;
nor any fear of the consequences of breaking them.

I continually wonder why there isn't an avenue for one honest person to do anything substantive.

I've read a few times that an individual politician or civilian can go to the capitol police, or other local / state PD's, and press charges that must be acted on.  If true / accurate, no way to ignore it.

Not sure if true, or if there's not a way to ignore it by the PD.  But I had heard that and really hoped it was true.

You or I should be able to go and press charges against law breakers anywhere, if it's true.  And get results.  Oh well.

I am happy to say I was not drinking hot coffee or water.  So I don't need to clean my computer.  (Poomerang)

On the mark, yet is our condition surprising? Consider a moment.
Given that the ideology of progressivism, whose essence is dishonest, has dominated political
thought and action, rather that the core principles of the Natural Law, for more than 200 years; isn't is unsurprising that an honest/honorable Man is virtually extinct???

Yeah, the underlying principle is that the liberal side of things is, and always has been, steeped in childish selfishness, dishonesty, zero accountability for their continual failures, jealousy-envy-hate-bitterness.

That's the core of their beliefs, messages, and movements.  Always has been.

But their singular talent for screeching and accusing always keeps us running, hiding, capitulating.

Don't know how that remains true, but that's what we have to change about ourselves to make real progress.
