It's the reason for the season, according to many Vietnam era vets I know. It's Rolling Thunder, the annual motorcycle parade remembering those killed or still missing from the Vietnam war. (Not to forget this was the 100th anniversary of World War I for the U.S.)

Here's an excellent photo essay on this year's event, from UPI.

Yeah, I hope somebody is paying attention to that number. A few people I know where among that crowd and they went there with a message...... DON'T TREAD ON ME....and.... DEEP STATE BEWARE.....we may be back if necessary to straighten your asses out.

The fact that Rex Tillerson jumped on his Harley and joined the ride was well noted.

Monday and Wednesday were both very heavy motorcycle-group days on local highways. I saw this in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.

Ride proud. Make them remember.

I am a member of Florida chapter 4! You really want to see something great that Rolling Thunder does check out " The ride home" An event put on every September at Andersonville POW museum to honor POWs.

There are a bunch of links but this one gives a good description of what Rolling Thunder is doing there!

I doubt they do requests but if they do I'd like them to ride through downtown Portland. The sidewalks would be littered with "men" shitting their skinny jeans.
