WTF is Roberts doing? Ginsburg isn't the only one in need of replacement!
Chief Justice John Roberts is referring ethics complaints against new Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh to federal judges in Colorado and neighboring states.
The complaints deal with statements Kavanaugh made during his confirmation hearings. They were filed originally with Kavanaugh's old court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Roberts took no action on them while Kavanaugh's nomination was pending. He received the first three of 15 eventual complaints on Sept. 20, a week before Kavanaugh's angry denial of a sexual assault allegation by Christine Blasey Ford.
It's possible the complaints will never be investigated if the lower-court judges determine they have no jurisdiction over a Supreme Court justice under the judiciary's ethics rules. The judges may be forced to conclude "that intervening events have rendered the allegations moot or make remedial action impossible," said Arthur Hellman, an ethics professor at the University of Pittsburgh.

They just can't stop with this. You would think with all these investigations there would be no bit of this guys life left to hide. Guess not?
In the end, Roberts is probably the one who needs to be investigated, for rendering votes and opinions based solely on satisfying his blackmailers.
I sure as hell hope this is part of the crimes & evidence that Trump is sitting on.
Roberts is probably doing this to Kavanaugh just for his blackmailers, as well.
This should be high on the priority list for the swamp raid.

Roberts explained in the letter, addressed to Timothy Tymkovich, the Chief Judge for the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, that the complaints had originally been sent to the D.C. Circuit Court, where Kavanaugh previously sat, but that he had received requests from a judge on that court to transfer it to another circuit.
The judge who made that recommendation to Roberts, Karen Le Craft Henderson, said in a letter that she was making this suggestion "because of the exceptional circumstance related to the above referenced complaints and the concern that local disposition may weaken public confidence in the process."

Roberts should have said the matter is closed, move on. But the idiot wants to appease leftists, plain and simple.
It's all BS, technically a lower court cannot discipline a higher court judge. Normally, complaints can only refer to
actions by a sitting judge on the bench. Kav was in a Senate Hearing, which is outside the jurisdiction of the court.
Kav committed no crime, a bunch of demodumdums pretend that they are offended by his language, tough luck.
So ..... Trump replaces Breyer and Ginsburg for old-age-insanity, and Roberts-Sotomayor-Kagan for Obama-related treason and felonies .....

So one of the judges on Trumps short list and on the 10th circuit will look into it. It won't go anywhere.

A two term Trump presidency would mean possibly four SCOTUS judges and a conservative ninth circuit.

Well we can hope, McConnell got 15 more confirmed the other day, including one for the 9th, so far the current Senate
has confirmed 80+ new judges (including two Supremes). In addition Congress is looking at breaking the 9th into
three sub-circuits.
