Well hes signing it. This is strike one for me. This is the first thing he has done where i think he has caved. This is his second defeat after the first obamacare repeal. He shld have shut it all down. Most americans arnt actually angered or even affected by a shutdown. The rinos are having a field day.

This won't play well anywhere.

am so disappointed in Donald Trump.  The only reason I'm not going with my gut and saying "F**k Him" is I don't feel like I have anywhere to go!  Perhaps, I will feel different in time, but right now I'm furious at this so called, Deal Maker!

From where I stand, Trump just kissed his second term good-bye.

As stated by others here, this is strike TWO... and that more or less assigns Trump a place with Pelosi, Schumer and the Rinos, Ryan & McConnell.

Once more we have been betrayed, I fear.

This is just first strike for me. The failed obamacare repeal was really mccains fault so i dont hold that against him.

Boy everyone is so disappointed by this. I just listened to caller after caller on rush be pissed at this. Heres the thing tho, trumps reelection wont be for awhile. In the meantime who do we punish? Where do we spend our anger? Well what is going to happen is it will all be channeled at the midterm primaries coming up in may since trumps reelection is so far off.
This omnibus bill passing stinks like when obamacare was passed. After obamacare passed the tea party rose up for the midterms. We dont have the opportunity to punish trump but we can punish the RINOS who orchestrated it.

What a fool. The Trump train just crashed with the signing of this trillion dollar spending Bill. I see an impeachment in your future President Trump after you lose the senate and house in the mid-terms. Good luck Mr. President you just lost my support.

The really sad part of this is that Bill should have never made it to his desk with a republican senate and republican house. Now that it has you will lose most of your supporters while gaining a few democrats when you sign this Bill.

While these big government republicans, rinos, and republicans laugh at us now with this spending Bill I will have a laugh come to the mid-term elections when you call my house beggin' for money and support. Then it will be my turn to laugh in your face.

Let the bloodbath begin.

Could it possibly be that the President and Congress know that we are far closer to a major war than any of us know?  If so, it would be a plausible explanation for why both Trump and the GOP controlled Congress gave the Democrats all  they wanted and in exchange for enough military spending to keep our nation safe.

Absent any such emergency, I find it very hard to accept that while holding such a very strong hand (majorities in both Houses of Congress and the Presidency, as well as a Conservative majority on the Supreme Court), the GOP and the President simply caved in. It reminds me of how George Herbert Walker Bush had such a high approval rating after Gen. Schwartzkoff and the Coalition won Desert Storm and kicked Saddam Hussain out of Kuwait.Bush then stole defeat from the jaws of victory and violated his "read my lips" pledge of "no new taxes" and pretty much committed political suicide.  I still don't fully grasp why on earth he did that?

Excellent point Wally, though it doesn't excuse the RINO that pushed it, it does make sense to restore our military to top condition considering the restructuring power base in the world taking place.
On another point mentioned right after his election, he could use the military to construct much of the wall.
I have no clue is there's any validity to it, but it could help explain signing this piece of shit Bill.

I didn't vote for Trump....I didn't vote at all I ws so pissed Ted cruz wasn't on the ballot.....However, Trump did win me over, that doubled when I saw the underhanded, vile, illegal and immoral tricks those scum used to destroy his Presidency and throw our nation into chaos.

I don't like what just happened BUT, I am trying to look through the pile of feces for a few kernals of undigested corn.   Here's what I come up with.

A great deal of this budget is used for the Military and DEFENSE SPENDING....some of it is to hire new Prosecutors for the illegals, some to reinforce Law Enforcement, and the Border Patrol. There may even be a way to finagle funds for "The Wall" from the DEFENSE budget.  Remember Defense spending is ALWAYS good for the economy. People will be going back to work on these high dollar defense contracts, THAT MEANS MORE JOBS AND GOOD PAYING JOBS.  If you remember, our economy was crap when Reagan took office and when he increased Defense spending...remember what happened....

Another "kernal"  there is nothing to fund DACA.....the Dems threw them under the bus.

Now if we want to kick someone's ass over this, I look at the RINO's come November, they planned this and I thinkthey set a Trap for Trump. If "we" take it out on anybody we need to take it out on the usual list of Villians....Ryano, MCConnell, etc etc etc.

Solar, there is more to it than that.  There just has to be.  Something has happened to force him to cave to Schumer and Pelosi.  He could have shut the fing government down and no one would have suffered for it; actually could have blamed the dems for it, but he simply didn't.  I have an awful fear of what is going on behind the scenes - things from which we cannot recover our Constitutional Republic.
