That has as much chance of passage as removal of the congressional pension which is handed out after only one term. You'll see Democrats in the military only if there is a draft they cannot wriggle out of. They'll make damned sure those very same exemptions are put in, to help them escape any sign of patriotism.

Draft Barney Fag. Some judge who never served now says the military MUST admit deviates, so draft their lard-assed poster boy and put him on a drill-grinder in 100-degree sun for a few days. You'd never see an overweight recruit again.

She refused on Tuesday to lift her own injunction, prompting the administration to petition the appeals court.

Her injunction will now be suspended while the 9th Circuit considers the administration's request for a longer-term stay to remain in effect during the government's overall appeal.

Obama gets to shepherd this thing through the appellate process. Claiming he wants to retain DADT, he'll wait for the hard-left 9th Circus to vote as a whole on this, and they'll uphold the ruling, sending it on to the Supreme Court.

Once reelected, presumably by the Vaseline Alley crowd, Obama will suddenly see the light and decide not to defend DADT when the Supremes do hear the case. Permanent institutional damage to military morale will be the enduring result.

If it hurts America, the Democrats are behind it.

The Military does.
They don't accept a lot of applicants for a myriad of issues and deviant behavior was one of them. :))
