The sad part is you are not joking, this is exactly what it is, get more of the non right to serve so that when the time comes to clamp down on the tea party or conservatives or gun owners or whomever IN MAINSTREAM SOCIETY does not tow the party line it will be easier to do with socially ostracized devaints and those with a chip on their shoulder, what beter than Homo's who have been picked on and laughed at by the "normal" kids, soldiers etc.
