Reps had been up for a few weeks but warmongering has seen them slip. As Obama looks stronger and  builds a coalition the senate slips away.

As talk radio beats the war drum Obama will be seen as a strong leader as the nation rallies around him just  in time for  Nov.

QuoteA new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey for the week ending September 14 finds that 41% of Likely U.S. Voters would vote for the Democrat in their district's congressional race if the election were held today, while 38% would choose the Republican.

congressional race's? Nowhere has anyone given any chance of the dims taking back the house. By most reports they will lose seats. They would need a ground swell of support reminiscent of the republicans in 2010. Where is that?

Yeah right. Meanwhile he can't find anyone to join his coalition because they don't trust him. In any case, the US started bombing in August, and it's be going on for about a month, which works out to about five a day. Not exactly what I'd call an overwhelming show of force; and futility isn't exactly a winning strategy.

They dont need to take the  house, just hold the senate as reps stand for nothing but war.

Coalition is growing, meanwhile the only thing  voters think reps stand for  is never ending war.

The poll was based on congressional elections. A different set of Questions could result in a different response. I don't read much into this poll!

The poll isn't about the Senate. Show us a poll about the senate.

Watch out for illegal aliens. According to Prozac Vinny we should already have amnesty.

For one, this is Obama's war.  He so how is it that Republicans are seen as warmongers? He in fact said he DOES NOT not Congressional approval, so I don't know where you are coming up with this factoid.

There are a couple of things here Vinny that strongly come into play that you have obviously overlooked.
So far Obama's foreign policies, including the one in Iraq has FAILED.  Obama is seen both domestically and abroad as a LIAR, FAILURE and INCOMPETENT leader.  He is NOT trusted period.  Not only did he withdraw our troops too early in order to get re-elected but he armed ISIS enabling them to form a caliphate.  Now we are going back in with air strikes, a weak coalition, cutting "deals" with a different enemy (he wants to train them, no less) in order to fight a greater enemy.  How in the hell do you think this is all going to work out?  Unfortunately for us, he will also FAIL at this.  He has no intention of succeeding.  His agenda and his intention has always been to topple this country.  With that being said, I'm not so sure that we will even see a November election.  I'm praying that we make it to that point ... who knows with Obama at the helm.

He has quite a list of scandals that aren't going to go away; Benghazi is probably one of the largest scandals that will continue to follow him (in addition to Iraq) that new information is still being uncovered ... the events in Benghazi are proof that he was arming the same enemy that we are now up against.  FOUR dead Americans paid the ultimate price for his agenda.  His foreign policies with Russia, Egypt, Syria, N.Korea, Iran, Israel, Iraq, etc., have not only weakened our relationships around the globe but Obama is seen as a joke!

Domestically, he and the Democrats have sunk our economy period.  They haven't done anything to resolve any issues.  They have tried to blame Bush and the Republicans for re-election purposes ... but states with Democratic governors are failing while states with Republican governors are thriving.  Things are so bad for the party that Democrats currently running are distancing themselves from the president trying to reinvent themselves quickly before the elections. Two scandals that are not going to go away and even the Democrats have had their fill are the IRS and the VA; especially the VA.

We also have the issue of illegal immigration and he isn't dealing with that issue until after the elections?  Why do you think that is?  Because Democrats are so overwhelmingly in favor of what he did?

Obama has already sunk his party's ship.  He is not up for re-election anymore and he could give a rats ass what happens to his party and he will continue to sink their ship in order to try to fulfill his agenda.

Yes Vinny, anything is possible, including the Republicans losing the Senate, though chances are very slim.

If we; meaning all conservative constitutionalists lose the Senate, we WILL kiss this country good-bye.  The RINOs, Democrats and Independents will also be kissing this country good-bye.  Mark my words.

"I believe in the United States of America as a government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed..."I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it, to support its Constitution..."
