My question is, why does our so called leadership not simply tell the left to fuck off when they push more leftist agenda, instead they take the defensive posture allowing the left more ground?
Such as PC Bull shit like hate speech, or trying to eliminate the Electoral College, reparations, calling us racists and the list is endless, but instead of simply admonishing the left, they actually entertain their nonsense as if wanting to give gravity to their claims.

Here's my theory as evidenced by the GOP' past behavior and need for an adversary to assure we vote for their chosen RINO over the Conservative.
The more the GOP can exacerbate an issue, the more anger they generate within the base all the while feigning outrage so we have no other option than to support them.
Does this make sense?

This is something I want to do more of, start blasting the lefts nonsense for what it is, destruction of American culture, so instead of entertaining it as a real threat, speak up and tell them we're no longer falling for the game of division, we're done!
So when we start a new thread, point out the lunacy, don't treat it as if it has any real chance of gaining ground, let's humiliate these assholes and expose them for what they are, Marxists!
I mean both party's, not just the Dims.

Exactly the point, instead of always playing defense, it's time to go on the attack. Trump is doing it everyday, and the GOP goes along grudgingly. Look how long it took them to get on board for the Wall?

Kinda hard for someone to criticize how a prostitute makes her living while someone is paying her..........  We do still have members of the tea party who do criticize what is wrong in government, but we also have dims, socialists, repubs, rinos ect who I think are all in bed together. Guess who the lsm puts the mike on? The lsm loves anyone with a R who trashes Trump, (romney) and gives one hell of a lot more airtime than ....say Cruz. I look at all the good work Trump's kids have done, none is ever in the news! Or put another way, is it still news if no one reports it?

Republican: We need to restructure Social Security because it is going insolvent.
Democrat: You want to cut Social Security and kill old people.

Republican: Welfare needs to be reformed
Democrat: Why do you hate poor people?

Republican: Obamacare is unconstitutional and too expensive.
Democrat: You want black children to die in the gutter.

Republican: Third trimester abortion is murder.
Democrat: You just want to control women and force them to have back alley abortions.

I guess the real reason I started this thread was to show that nothing has changed with the gop'E with the exception of Trump dragging them, kicking and screaming whining, pouting and whimpering to the Right.
We finally have a fighter in Trump and he needs our help, so I wanted to change up the narrative a bit. Let's laugh at the left when they act like leftists, not let them get away with their BS, seize the narrative for ourselves.

Well a spot can't change it's colors and a republican can't stand up if he or she does not have a spine. They are what they are. Although I have to give Lindsey Graham a little bit of credit. The GOP is changing for the better but it's because of the new blood. Not the establishment. I see what you are saying what it comes down to for the GOPe is survival. The Mueller investigation was basically criminal in nature. The congressional probes will be political. Folks hate politics. No matter what the democrats argument is the people will hear "Mueller said Trump did nothing wrong but we are going to impeach him anyway". That will be less popular than bird flu and the GOPe will finally be on board...for the time being. The only solution is to send them to the knacker's yard.
