Freakin Idiot!!!

At an undisclosed location after falling 20 feet to the ground from a treehouse — a treehouse she purposely had built without walls because she wanted to sleep among real birds at her Woodside, Calif., home.

The 69-year-old Baez was climbing down from the platform Wednesday when she plunged to the ground. The San Jose Mercury News reports Baez suffered minor injuries and was treated and released from Stanford Hospital.

God, I... I think I just wish... Jeez, wouldn't it be great if me and Joan could just connect and float together for a while? Maybe I could help her understand that her mistake was that she didn't allow for that pesky gravity thing.

Baez became known for her version of Dylan's classic, "Blowin' in the the Wind."

She also sang a few others with titles that fit this occasion: "Blue Sky," "Catch the Wind," "The Cherry Tree Carol," "Down in Yon Forest," and a whole lot more.

I think she irritated the squirrels to the point of snapping, and they pushed her hippy ass out of the tree.

It was the part about her guarding the nest and sharing in their acorns.

Some days I feel dumb...then I read something like this and it cheers me up!  :D

I'll never forget her ghastly, warbling, ear-splitting falsetto at the original Woodstock Festival.  Baez singlehandedly caused about 200,000 listeners to simultaneously do LSD so they would trip out and not care about her horrendous "singing". 

Not that I was there (I was only about 14 years old then), but I've seen it on film many times.
