As a Police officer you have to follow the law and follow the Constitution IE DUE PROCESS.

At this point all you have is a bunch of idiots...literally...talking about disrupting inaugural activities. Technically it would constitute conspiracy HOWEVER you need an overt act, unless these clowns have already purchased the acid or other such material or the devices to set them off. All you have is a lot of talk. Bring a lot of Talk to a Prosecutor to put before the Grand Jury in hopes of an indictment (Due Process) and you could get laughed out of court.

If the investigation reveals overt acts or other crimes then Investigators could get warrants for their arrest, search warrants for their various premises and hit them simultaneously...I'd do 'em Thursday morning so they would not be in for arraignment until Friday Morning, that means they miss everything.....

If you arrest these assholes too early in the week then they get out on Bail, get released on personal recognizance (remember this is DC court you are dealing with) and have plenty of time to go about their business Thursday and Friday.
So timing is everything in this matter.

Honestly, I believe Obama has been so successful in purging our government of responsible and honest Americans, that President Trump has a Herculean Task ahead.

Tha'ts what the FBI USSS SHOULD be doing, however, the current Justice Dept isn't about to authorize any investigation into these left wing criminals.
