Press Confrontation - keep it up Donald, and call on the reporters who report NEWS instead of Page-of-Democratic-Opinion... ignore the rest, demonize them, call them out, label them 'fake news' - whatever it takes, I'd like to see papers report NEWS FACTS and keep the Opinion Page(s) small and stuffed in the back.

Edit:

One thing has struck me since the lefts slaughter and loss of party, that the 5 stages of Grief no longer apply, that is, where normalcy is concerned.
We know that normalcy doesn't generally apply to the left, they tend to literally unhinge and jam up when things don't go their way.
Point is, the 5 stages need a 1 and one-half for libs, or rather a complete rewrite, maybe a grief tree. Vengeance was never taken into account.
Sure, they hit shock and disbelief, but instantly for many, revenge is the second response, they refuse to think about what happened and why, no critical thought whatsoever, they emotionally react with rage and literally become blinded by the hatred and seek vengeance.

But there is a cure and one needs to heed this warning, the only thing to change their mind is lead poisoning.

1. Denial
1.1/2 REVENGE
2. Anger
Not sure they ever reach 3.
3. Bargaining
Four would easily fit in with 2.
4. Depression
Let's be honest, few of these idiots ever reach 5.
5. Acceptance

Today is 18 February 2017, nearing the two-month point following Hairzilla's victory, and I'm reminded of that time Rudy Giuliani went on Saturday Night Live following the 9/11 tragedy, and assured America that it is now OK to laugh.

Satuday Night Live stopped being funny long ago and Obama's relentless assault against American values left me for one without a shred of humor. None-zilch-nada-nyet.

It will take me a while to see otherwise. It was a relentlessly evil eight years.

I see more all MSM is in attack mode of Trump, even more so now.

They and the Dems just keep digging that hole.

Trump has figured out all he needs to do to energize the base is jerk the MSM's chain and spur them on to unhinge again.

Well said Quiller. I was upset when BO won the first time, but could almost understand the turn given the limited effectiveness of the Reps during Bush's time in office. Then BO won a second time after such a failed and damaging presidency - I was convinced that we'd found the anti-Christ. When HiLIARy looked like a shoe-in, I was in even deeper despair and was ready for the US democracy to be finished off - for the economic earthquake to occur and for the end to come. Then a miracle happened on election night - it was a miracle. So I am so grateful for a second chance - and hope this administration creates scorched earth under the policies of the previous Obamination that was leading to desolation. I pray that this administration can realize their opportunity. So far, I like what I'm seeing. And am starting to smile a little when the Dems experience being undone.

Just for accuracy's sake, we are not a Democracy, thank God.

I know two others already pointed it out, but seriously, if you do not want to come across as a progressive pretending to be conservative, learn deep in your bones what type of government we have - specifically, a constitutional republic. (Say that to yourself every night 20 times before going to sleep: "We are a REPUBLIC!"  :tounge:

The founders most deliberately turned down the idea of democracy, and for very, very good reasons which have not changed one iota since that careful decision was made.

Well, I'm not young, but haven't been introduced to these ideas properly over my years. I stand corrected and this introduction to the distinction between democracy and republic is both central and critical.

It's actually a great comfort that the guidance of the Constitution and rule of law under limited government is ideally what is handed down and perfected over time. Also a comfort that popular opinion of the masses can't shift that overnight. The main impact of those elected is how they influence these two factors - whether improved or deteriorated. For example, in addition to building our deficit to such an extreme, it's even more critical that BO was rampantly undermining so much as he grew government as fast as he could and in so many ways.

I take it that Rome succeeded in large part because they were a republic. But then failed as they allowed government to swell. God help us as we continue to undermine the basic principles set up in our republic.

It's another topic probably, but how did the Executive Orders slip in. It seems against the ideas of the republic - change things one way or the other with the swipe of a pen by one person. Is it that the EOs were introduced by some trying to undermine the republic and continue to be misused by all involved. Shouldn't that instrument be shut down by our leadership who claim to defend the republic ... not just use it for their own purposes? Don't answer that if you don't want to ... I should do a little digging on that topic.

The MSM is starting to be cheap entertainment.

Friday... I walked into the lobby of a "customer", they had the morning 'Market Gloom 'n Doom News' blaring on the big screen, it was about 11am.
The "Fake News" was the Stock market was falling, leading the way was the Telecoms (of course it got my attention, I've worked for several, for a l-o-n-g time.)   I'm trying *NOT* to pay attention to the "analysis" - which you can imagine, sounded like:

"The bubble has burst", "Air let out of the Trump Bump", "Stock sell off, prices falling:, blah, blah, blah.... kind of tone...(with glee).

It quickly occurred to me, "These people are actually TRYING to create a sell-off panic...", and somehow blame it on Donald Trump...?!?

These Liberals are sick puppies.   You'd have to be sick to remain in that state of denial while the rest of the country is gearing up for prosperity.

Not only did the Founders recognize Democracy for the cancer it is, they specifically avoided using it in any single document related to our Constitution.
This is a great video explaining why we're not a Democracy, take the moment to watch.

As to the EO's, don't forget, there are Marxists within the GOP that actually like what he did, tried to use it to their advantage.
It's for this reason TEA is Hell bent on stealing the GOP from these scum and making it an actual conservative party, something it has never been in its entire history.
