Police departments begin to withdraw from security agreements for 2020 DNC

At least 100 law enforcement agencies have withdrawn agreements to send personnel to next month's Democratic National Convention, some of them citing orders to Milwaukee's police chief to cease the use of tear gas and pepper spray during demonstrations.

The withdrawals cast doubt on a program to bring about 1,000 police officers from outside agencies to help shore up security for the event, scheduled for the week of Aug 17.  Among the agencies confirmed to have withdrawn are police departments in Fond du Lac, Franklin, Greendale and West Allis.

Asked on Monday if the agreements were collapsing, Fond du Lac Police Chief William Lamb said, "Yes," adding that he expects other agencies from across the state to withdraw from the program.

This one of those stories worth following as it evolves. Obviously, the democrats will attempt to spin it, but they cannot hide the facts. Solar may be correct it could get ugly.

Here is what is best about this. Police Union Rank and file members have always been and always will be conservative, however, the top level management and Chiefs are ALL POLITICAL APPOINTEE's, extension of the Leftists in charge of these major cities....NOW YOU HAVE THOSE POLITICAL APPOINTEE"S TURNING ON THE DEM PARTY.

I wonder if the Dem party understands the significance of what just happened?

Yes, going virtual will change nothing, the DNC has a lot of internal enemies, at least four Marxist entities competing for the prize of taking over the party and there is no way these groups will congeal in their efforts to seize power.
They know they need to destroy the party in order to take it over. The DNC we all knew over the decades is finally dead, what rises out of the ashes is anyone's best guess, but it won't resemble anything the country would recognize as a party of Freedom and liberty.
