Pennsylvania Judge Patricia A. McCullough filed a Memorandum of Opinion on Friday stating the Pennsylvania preliminary ELECTION CERTIFICATION injunction was PROPERLY ISSUED and should be upheld.

It is important that the Republicans do something in these legislatures because it will be hard for the SC to go it alone, without support of the Republican elected officials. Never forget that Trump's Achilles heel is pro-Biden Republican officials.

You do relize a couple things. First no she didn't give any such power to legislature.  Two the certification for president is already finished. Three they have already been shot down by the state suoreme court and most important is that even without pennsylvania trump lost. He pasid for a recount in Wisconsin that actually increased bidens votes. Idiot lol

I'm not surprised the judge ruled this way. The PC Constitution is quite clear on who may and who may not request an absentee ballot. The state election officials violated the constitution when they sent out millions of unsolicited ballots. All of those votes were illegally cast and must be tossed out.

And the PA officials responsible should be arrested for vote fraud and tried.

Of course, flipping PA is not enough. Biden will still win the election. And the election was still totally rigged by the polling/big tech/MSM cabal. But hold some of the people who tried to rig it accountable may send a message for the next time.
