Conservative Political Forum

I received an email stating the POTUS wanted to hear from Solar, so here's my response.

Based on the survey, it's more than apparent you know what the problem is, my issue isn't with Trump, whom I did not support, I wrote in Cruz. But my issue is with the gop'E and it's hurried move left to fill the void vacated by the Dim party.

I believe this to be the real threat to the future of our Nation, that unless we get rid of the Fabian Socialists within the gop'E, we'll never recover the country I grew up in.

'Speaking directly to the president.'

Mr. President, I own http://conservativepoliticalforum.com, we as a forum never supported you for office, we wanted a real Conservative, so we wrote in Cruz as a way of sending a message to the gop'E that regardless of the tricks they pull, we will never support their choices.

With that said, I, along with the rest of my forum members, now support you, we know you have to fight with the Establishment to get what is needed for the betterment of the Nation.
Your election, like that of the Marxist Hussein, exposed the Dim party for who they really are, and your election exposed the Leftists gop'E for who the RNC really is and its Leftist goals, which have nothing to do with the people of this Great Nation.

My point is, we were angry at the hollow promises made during the campaign season, which is why we refused to support you, but now that you discovered just how evil the gop'E truly is, just how power hungry these scum are, you discovered your true allies are on the Right, the actual base of the party.
This Nation is still majority Conservative, that's why TEA has killed off the Dim party, by focusing on replacing RINO with the most Conservative candidates available, and we know RNC research shows this to be the case.

For your Administration to succeed, you need us more than ever! Tell the leftist gop'E to F' off, force them to show their hand, expose this cancer to the Nation, and in doing so you will see a ground swell of support not seen since the days of Reagan.

Mr. President, the Conservative base supports you, grudgingly, at this point, but it doesn't have to be that way, give us something to be proud of, give us a reason to have your back, fight the gop'E and I guarantee you, you'll have the leftist media in a coma, not knowing which way is up.

I know you know this, the gop'E is not your friend, they got you elected because they feared Cruz.
The Establishment feared Cruz, a Real Conservative, so much, that they settled for you, a NY Dim who they thought they had a better shot at manipulating, as you found out the hard way.
Now it's our turn, give the Conservative base a reason to go to bat for you, try our method for a change. That method being the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and the mores and ideals they were based upon.

I don't know if the right people will even ever see this because I have a feeling when I hit send, it'll be the RNC begging for money, so I'm posting this as an open letter to Mr.Trump on my forum as assurance the Right people see it.


My suspicions were correct, so no, Trump would never even come close to reading this.

Yeah, they're usually easy to spot, but this one was very different, and the fact that it was addressed to Solar made me suspect the addy had recently been snagged off my land hunting since I've been using the pseudonym Solar and not my real name.

In hindsight, it's blatantly obvious they know they lost the Conservative base, in other words, the entire base, and no amount of obfuscation and fraud is going to lure us back, we're not libs, we actually think.

It get's read by some of the DC crowd, I've been told on several occasions.  Most important is the good job you guys are doing moderating the forum to keep it relevant and readable.  Content and politically relevant discussions will keep this forum on their daily reading list.  If you haven't noticed, topics brought up here, serve as the basis for opinion pieces elsewhere.  Journalists appear to be basically lazy, both liberal & conservative, let's keep giving them conservative ammo to reload.

Well said. It's the very reason for this forum. One is to give Conservatives a safe place to post, but more importantly, is, a place for quality posts expressing true Conservative opinion, not simply regurgitating BS found in the media, those have already been read and beat to death on every forum on the web.

No, we need original shit, concise, sweet and short, stuff that not only sets us apart from the typical rah rah club on Trump and gop'E forums (Breitbart), but over and above the Politicos on the web, a place, as you pointed out, a place where even the media comes to read when trying to figure out the angst of the majority of the American public.
Anyone can post an article from any supposed conservative site, everyone will do just as all the sites do, pat one another on the back, etc, or criticize the author, but the people we want to reach aren't looking for drone answers, they already know what to expect, and every site has its own pulse from snowflakes to stormfront, no, we rise above that more often than not and just. as you pointed out, many come here for ideas or answers they otherwise aren't getting on most forums, because We Are True Conservatives, Classic Liberals, something not found on any other forum on the web.

Yes, strangely enough, we are unique in that aspect, and that's damned sad when you think about it. We're the only forum pushing our Founders dream, while both party's and a leftist media push an antithetical view to reality.

It's an age old conundrum in politics and life. One can't accomplish much without trust and allies. However, without a certain amount of paranoia one gets burned. We've sure learned this latter lesson with the backstabbing establishment GOP.

Solar, I apologize for the delay in responding. Work keeps me very busy. I did skim your posts here before you deleted them. I'll try to answer as best I can, but have certainly forgotten some of what you posted. I never intended to start a regular ongoing conversation, I just don't have the time.

Maybe we can watch some football (Go Clemson Tigers!) over beers some time when I'm back in the private sector. However, though I'm sure you maintain the highest standards of integrity - you're conservative, after all - this is my job at stake and I don't have a need to reveal myself. I just wanted you to know that you're appreciated, whether you're able to accept that or not.

Have you tried getting your letter published as an op-ed? It's so thoughtful, strong and articulate that you may have success even with non-conservative outlets.

I don't know if your letter has been posted elsewhere on the web. I haven't noticed it on anyone's legit social media account, not that I spend much time checking them. It very well may have been shared as an anonymous post but with our grave concern over all of the despicable leaking, I'm not privy to what people are doing covertly. I can tell you that I've seen a hard copy tacked up on more than one cubicle wall.

Your letter was mentioned in passing at the very highest level during the discussion about pardoning patriot Sheriff Joe Arpaio. There are millions of true conservatives on our side.

As I'm sure you know, many "conservative" websites and forums have their own agendas, are in it for the money, or aren't really conservative at all. It's refreshing to have learned of the Conservative Political Forum and it's been added to a not very long list of forums we use as touchstones to get the pulse of true Americans. Thank you and all of your members for that.

I'm sorry that I'm not able to share any insider information on Administration policy and plans. Not only do we have security concerns, but as rapidly as things change on a daily basis here it wouldn't be fair to either us or you to risk leading you astray. That said, since it's not really "secret" or at least won't be for long, look for a big announcement re Senator Ted Cruz by the end of September. Nothing earthshaking, but I think you'll be very pleased.

We are humbled by your support for President Trump and will be honored if you continue it with the insight, sophistication and intelligence that is your standard.

In the forum community, it's unacceptable to post articles unaccredited and a violation of copyright law.
For me, or anyone else to post the letter on another site linking back to CPF, is usually grounds for immediate banning by the offended site, because it's seen as spamming a competitor to plug one's site.
Even though I pay for this site out of pocket and don't allow ads, other sites rely heavily on ads, and posting a link on their site back to this one is seen as stealing members.
For the letter to get out beyond our simply discussing it requires others to forward it to people of influence, which is why it was forwarded to the WH.
We hit our limit.

Chuck, when I penned you an email, it's simple common courtesy to respond in kind.
For the very same reason, I sent you a PM, which is known as a "Private Message", emphasis on "Private".
You have yet to respond to the points in the email, instead posted what was written in confidence and posted a few select points and quoted them in public.
This was if anything, a breach of trust, which is why I've backed away from believing anything you've posted.
