Is there anyone from Ohio who can justify voting again for this surrender artist? Is there nobody in the Buckeye State with an actual spine, to run against and beat this RINO clown?

Hayzeus Christie, the Republicans, they thirst for death.....

Quiller I would, if I had the means to do so...but hell I'm a poor vet who lives off disability I couldn't afford to run an ad in the local opinions page of the paper let alone t.v. spots etc...

I couldn't handle the stress (physically) of the job either frankly to be honest.

But damn if I won't support any true conservative who does.
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

Absolutely have to disagree, granted the MSM, Dims and RINO alike will attack the Tea candidate in full force, but..... to a Conservative, that is even more reason to not only stand our ground, but force the enemy to relinquish theirs.

The Tea party has one message, and one message alone, smaller Govt, lower taxes which translates into more freedoms, it's pretty hard to bastardize a proponent of freedom.

The "lo-fo" (low information voter) will be taking cues from the relentless drumroll against those wild-'n'-crazy TP folk, as opposed to the merely-stodgy-but-sane GOP stalwarts. They will be herded into the "safe GOP" vote if they do vote against the 'Rats.

Not during the Mid Terms, historically Conservatives command turnout.

So you just want a different establishment rino. The rinos appreciate your support.

No, I want Machine Gun Kelly, Atilla the Hun and the combined force of the entire Mongol Horde to drive the Demo-trash not only from our legislature but from our very shores. If anything, the TP is too moderate for my tastes. The Establishment GOP is now more Dem than anything else. Look at that scumbag McLame.

Historically true. That's where I hope you're right, but my complete lack of faith in the media whores is definitely affecting my outlook.

The establishment Republicans all suffer from self esteem issues. They are desperate to get "good press". Conservatives and TP Republicans know they can't get the approval of the MSM, so they don't bother.

Without media approval makes you a Lyndon La Rouche or any other wild-eyed kook in the eyes of the independents who don't care which party gets it, as long as it isn't someone like that. They are the suckers on the carnival causeway, drawn in by the noise and the hype. They subliminally count up all the media negatives, just before marking their ballot.

You may have noticed, our media is really good at trying to shape public opinion. Too bad it's not for America but usually somewhere else. If we only did it like the UN, maybe. And just because it's failed everywhere else, we need to try it here and of course we'll be guaranteed by law to get it right...right?

What I noticed over the years was that it became fairly easy to see which candidate the media REALLY wanted...and which candidate they really wanted to OPPOSE (and therefore lose to) him. McLame (and Dole) became their darling, based on that thinking (and their sales work).

AndyJackson

They like to pick the GOP candidate for us, so they get the one most likely to lose, as well as the most liberal candidate in case something goes haywire and they actually win.

This time they'll probably pull out all the stops for Christie and Rubio.

Agreed on Corpus, but I'm not sure whether Rubio entirely applies to this triple-reverse thinking we're attempting here. Lay it on me. See if it fits.

Yawn

If anybody wonders, this is a group of conservatives, not liberals trying to take advantage of a weak candidate.

So you don't consider Ted Cruz, the epitome of what the Tea movement stands for?

Which Tea Party? Seriously. As I understand it no one group speaks for all others, and there are certain differences between the various schisms. I'm not a TP member and don't know anyone who is, in my area.

Financial is not the whole enchilada here. It's still way too early to pin any hopes on any one (or more) candidate(s).

Tea movement is an ideal, one of returning to the principles of the Founders, it really is that simple, and Cruz gets it.
There are factions out there trying like Hell to bastardize the message, but there is no gray area when addressing Right and wrong.
