Hopefully a police sniper has a clear shot.

I hope this doesn't cause copycat incidents. More importantly, I hope nobody becomes a victim of this nutjob and that it is resolved peacefully.

Interesting, the hostages are free, but they haven't released info about the status of the perp.

After a stand-off lasting five hours, Marinette Police Chief Jeff Skorik said all the hostages had been released.
The perpetrator was a 15-year-old student at the school who suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
He is now received treating in hospital, where his parents are with him, Police Chief Skorik said.
None of the hostages were wounded, although several shots were fired from the two weapons the student was carrying.

Hmmm....his own way. 

He suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound and is now hospitalized. Current condition not known.

Now all the LiBerals in the State of Wisconsin will yammer for more gun control measures.

Except that I call it "target practice".   ;D

Notice how it's only the nutjob gun stories that get publicized. When an intruder breaks into a house and gets shot by the homeowner in self defense, they also try to twist that and make the perp look like the victim.

I too favor gun control, which I gather means being able to hit your target consistiently, can't be done with out good control, proper stance, grip, squeeze, etc.
