Hmmm...my understand it is now 2 to 1 now.   "Henry Hudson is the first judge to rule against the law"  now what will the USSC do.

If common sense prevails, then SCOTUS will rule it unconstitutional as well.
I have no doubt that Husein will be trying to work deals with certain States.

There is no precedence allowing Gov to mandate purchasing a product.

Virginia is also thinking of following Arizona re illegal alien laws.

Oh come on.

D.C.'s gun law. Chicago's gun law. Campaign finance reform, striking down the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990. There's others so the USSC isn't the Warren court now although I'll grant you there are several justices who pretty openly hanker for the good, old days of rule by decree as in Roe v Wade.

It's worth considering that the class of 2010 may have, among it's other characteristics, a desire to take back the prerogatives of the legislative branch from the executive and judicial.

The biggest problem with obama care is Obama, How in the hell can a man that says he taught the Constitution say that forcing people to join or get penalized is constitutionally sound. Taxing people at different rates would also be unconstitutional. And why didn't we hammer those questions in the beginning. I think I will start calling Obama quarter brain because he is not smart enough to be a halfwit
