The never-ending campaign...
The Obama campaign is going to bus people in for a protest in Albany. The campaign put a post up on its website advertising the event.

People sleep peacefully at night because there are a few tough men prepared to do violence on their behalf.

A foolish man complains about his torn pockets.

A wise man uses it to scratch his balls.

If it isnt he'll do a quick EO to make it legal.

yes it is quite legal...so says the 1st amend...welcome to the world of professional protest and lobbying.

To my certain knowledge this type of thing has been going on in Washington DC for decades. Private interest groups fund buses, T shirts, protest banners, peoples lunches and even give them a few bucks spening money for a days trip to washington Dc to rally or support or protest something or other.

This is a BIG TIME INDUSTRY, there are people who do nothing but organize these types of protests.

Also this is a close cousin to the "flying voter" so common to those of us in the third world...bussing voters in from outlying jurisdictions to vote yea or nay depending on who pays them.

Notice how the left always have to bus in or pay people to attend protests for issues they claim the majority of country are on board with...

Interesting. The link at the Obama campaign site has been pulled. It's also neat, the way they use the SEIU to get it done. Circumventing our tax dollars to fund leftist agendas. Just wonderful.

It's scary stuff. These people are winning hearts and minds, 24/7/365. The new tact is to weave patriotism, freedom, and the constitution into the conversation. Brilliant......and it works.

It's funny how these union member allow the unions to spend THEIR money anyway they wish. I have never been a union member but have had to deal with them several times.  Why would someone want to be a puppet to these clowns, really stand up and get a life.

Unions are no longer employee oriented osganizations. They are political organizations. They were adding value 70 years ago, but employers learned how to treat employees as assets so the necessity for unions diminished. I find it interesting that unions reaaly struggle in the South. There are plenty of examples with the car companies building plants in tthe South. Then there is Boeing in SC and Delta Air Lines in ATL. Delta over the past 25-30 years has purchased Northeast, Western and now Northwest. With each acquisition there was attempts to unionize Delta employees. Delta has not lost yet.
