So Obama is going to shame the world into cutting carbon emissions. What a moron.

He also wants to fund the other countries with our money.

Nothing new other than the fact another example of Obama trashing the Constitution. Yes, the Supremes might rule against him but so what?  Nothing seems to stop this president.

Congress has threatened impeachment, but even they know it wouldn't do any good.  They can impeach him but that doesn't mean he'll step down.  Is there any other way to remove the president from office??

We are playing by our rules, Obama is not.

Congress didn't exactly "threaten" impeachment, though there was some talk, and still is, mostly from Dems trying to raise funds to stave off the "threat." No chance of such a thing, at least until next year. I don't see the Kenyan's 'end-run' happening until next year either.

The only big move I see as likely between now and November is the executive amnesty deal. I think the Kenyan will try something soon and the Dems in Congress will back him, in the hopes that Pubs will follow through on their (so far rather vague) threats of a budget fight and a possible government "shut-down," as if that has ever actually happened.

Remember the last so-called shutdown? And the sequester? The Kenyan sent out the orders to every affected agency, "Cut what will piss off the most voters." The Pubs took a beating over that, and they will again if the Dems are successful with their plan. (I think I remember reading that the sequester "cuts" resulted in the layoff of exactly one federal worker.)

Another one of Obama's "deals" with the U.N.  This just goes to show that this president will stop at nothing to destroy this country's economy and the welfare of its people.  Once again he plans to side step Congress and ignore the rule of law!

Obama reportedly plotting end-run around Congress on global climate change deal

President Obama reportedly plans to do an end-run around Congress to forge an international climate change deal, effectively bypassing the Constitution's requirement to get the Senate's approval for a treaty.

The New York Times reported that the agreement is slated to be signed at a United Nations meeting next year in Paris. However, because the U.S. Senate is unlikely to ratify any international climate treaty, Obama's negotiators reportedly are working toward an alternative agreement – a "politically binding" deal that would serve in lieu of a bona-fide treaty.

One expert with the Natural Resources Defense Council told the Times "there's some legal and political magic to this."

This one is a big deal too ladies and gents. Because if Obama does this, he is not only shredding the Constitution of the United States (which requires Senate ratification for all treaties the nation enters into) But it is also a direct attack, upon the sovereignty of the states.

That is why, the ratification clause is in the Constitution in the first place. It was an attempt to ensure that the sovereignty of the individual states are upheld and respected when entering into international treaties.

It was an attempt to ensure that no treaty this nation enters into, would violate the sovereignty of the people or the states.

It's bad enough, and possibly even criminal for a President to attempt to do an "end-run" around the Constitution and the Congress of the United States this way.

But to also hand over and surrender the sovereignty of the United States Federal Government, as well as the sovereignty of the State's governments and ultimately the people of the United States. For a treaty that would hand the U.N. sovereignty within the United States instead, in my opinion rises to the level of treason against the United States.

Despite Kerry declaring its death, I think Congress can invoke the Monroe Doctrine to legally censure/censor obama and his anti-US Sovereignty crusade.

It seems like a simple lawyer-tactic; nullifying obama's end-run because it threatens the Sovereignty of Latin American countries... from 'Old World' powers, as signified by the UN.
