"For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always," Jesus said in Matthew 26:11. It is this particular verse with which Obama took issue, accusing Jesus of being overly "cynical" by making this claim.

"One of the things I'm always concerned about is cynicism," Obama said. "My chief of staff, Denis McDonough, we take walks around the South Lawn, usually when the weather is good. And a lot of it is policy talk, sometimes it's just talk about values. And one of our favorite sayings is our job is to guard against cynicism, particularly in this town.

"And I think it's important for us to guard against cynicism and not buy the idea that the poor will always be with us and there's nothing we can do, because there's a lot we can do," he added. "The question is, do we have the political will, the communal will to do something about it."

"Not only is Obama's statement blasphemous and evidence he thinks he knows more than Christ, but it reveals his far left Utopian view that we can create a perfect society, if we just had a little more government taxation and regulation. It's been attempted to try and completely eliminate poverty before, it was called communism and it didn't work. Obama isn't the Messiah and he's not going to end all poverty. A little humility and practice of his alleged Christian faith would go a lot further in genuinely helping the poor."

I say:

More lies from Obama.

No coincidence that the admonition to sell the fragrant oil and distribute the proceeds to the poor came from Judas, the thief, whose motive was to help himself to a share of the silver in the money bags, as he was accustomed to doing.  Judas, The Betrayer.

No surprise also that he would speak in terms of the "communal" will to "do something" about poverty in Washington, DC.  WashingtonLives correctly associated the use of that phrase with Obama's leaning towards Communist ideology. As his life drew to a close, the late Steve Jobs, of Apple, felt compelled to book a meeting with this president and attempt to persuade him to business friendly policies. As Jobs put it to him, "You are doing exactly the opposite of improving the economy."  We can imagine how that went over with this one.

Yes....I found that word, "communal" VERY telling! Shows that his Marxist mentors were quite successful. Sal and Rev. Wright are mighty proud, I bet!

Although converting from Islam to Christianity has been done, it is not common. When the conversion is made, it is eventful in the life of the convert. One reason is that Islam does not like to lose members, especially to the church of Christ.

Of what we do know about Barack Obama, we find a school registration, some photographs, and numerous anecdotal evidence to suggest Barack Obama is the son of a Moslem and took those beliefs upon himself.  Indeed, outside of America, the world regards Barack as America's first Moslem president.

Political expediency is easy to understand. However, if he is indeed a Moslem and he has denied that, we must assume the denial has been with the blessing of the Moslem clergy. This would be an instance of legitimized deceit. Is this possibly the case? If it is, what could be the justification? On what grounds would the deceit be permitted?

They do not need justification. They are interested in the end game which is to wipe out all other religions. Obama knew there was no way he could have a successful political career if he was a Muslim. Hence, he sought out Rev. Wright and sat in his church for twenty years. Deceit is a characteristic that Muslims and Marxists have in common.

In itself, that is a, or the,  justification.  It would explain, this supposition, why Moslems around the world would look the other way in the face of apparent hypocrisy.

I read somewhere that J. Wright was a Moslem. I read also a claim that his church also conducted a front for the gay Chicago society. The possibility is that the Wright church was a place for Moslems and other non-Christians who wished to obtain fake credibility.
