I would say there is a BIG problem pick when the Dem's control the Senate and will not ok them. 

The Kenyan is actively taking over the government. That's what he's all about. The "czars" are illegal administrators bent on expanding and extending his power.

The new Congress needs to take a SERIOUS look at defunding the Administration. We're living now with an administration that acknowledges no bounds whatsoever.

Can't get "net neutrality" through Congress? No problem. Let the FCC write the necessary "law."

Can't get "cap and trade" through Congress? No problem. The USEPA can fix you right up with regulations.

Can't get "death panels" written into the new health care reform law? No biggie. HHS can take care of it by writing the necessary regulations.
